Do not rush to share your address, workplace or daily routines until the relationship has built solid bonds.
First meeting with complete clarity
Choose a lively setting, in daylight. Inform a trusted person of the appointment and stay reachable. Arrange your own transportation.
Stay within our exchange space
Keep the conversation on the site while you get to know the person. Beware of those who push you to move elsewhere quickly.
Respect Gospel values
Any hurtful speech, deception, inappropriate image, harassment or behaviour contrary to Christian love leads to the profile being paused, announced by email, and to closure of the account in the event of a serious or repeated breach.
Report profiles that concern you
At the first suspicion, use our reporting tool. Our watchful team protects the community and takes action without delay.
Sincere photo is mandatory
Clear face, decent clothing. Any partially nude, ambiguous or falsified image is removed, and the profile is paused until a suitable photo is provided.
Photo standard — absolute requirement
Every image is checked by a person on our team. An honest, decent photo is essential. Any partially nude, sexually suggestive, violent or misleading photo is removed and the profile stops being shown to other members, with a notice explaining what to fix — the account itself is not suspended; illegal content may be reported to the authorities.
Moderation and privacy
Photos and profiles are checked by a person on our team. Messages containing contact details (email, phone, link, external app) are held and read by a person before delivery; all other messages are delivered immediately and read by no one, unless reported. No decision is taken by a machine alone.
